Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how to return items and how refunds are handled.

Return window
You may request a return within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and any free gifts.
  • Returns are accepted for defective items, wrong items, or change of mind (subject to conditions below).

Non-returnable items
Final sale items, personalized/ customized products, and intimate apparel (if applicable) are non-returnable. We will note any non-returnable items on the product page.

Return process

  1. Email corretcfashions@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is defective or wrong.
  2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return approval and pickup instructions.
  3. Arrange pickup as directed. Do not send returns to our warehouse without approval.

Return shipping charges

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.

Inspection and refund

  • Returned items are inspected on receipt.
  • If approved, refund will be initiated within 2 business days after inspection. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time for the bank or payment provider may vary.
  • If a return is rejected (item used, damaged, or missing parts), we will contact you and return the item to you at your cost.

Partial refunds
If a returned item shows signs of use or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund.

Exchange
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. For an exchange, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
