Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Standard delivery inside India is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch. Rural or remote areas may take longer.

• Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.

Tracking
A tracking ID will be shared by email/SMS once the order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit
If an item is lost or delivered damaged, contact us immediately with order details and photos. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Delivery attempts
Couriers will attempt delivery as per their policy. If not delivered, the courier may return the package to us and standard reshipment charges may apply.
